Terms and conditions
In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean LinkX Photo. “The clients” shall be those customers on the booking form. These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing.

Shooting and Retouch

- After the shooting, clients can chose and get the preview photo

If client buy extra copy, will be get the extra copy too.

- Retouch time is depend on the amount of the photos.

Longer shooting time means more photos need to be retouched.

Usually, photos will be sent within 1-5weeks.
- Basically, high resolution photo size will have 4500 x 7000 px. It will be enought to print A2 size 420mm x 594mm.
But the size may be smaller than this size due to cropping.

- 96niji will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching every device or materials.

- From day that send high resolution JPG to clients, 96niji will keep the copy 15days only.
If client's request send copy after 15days, Clients need to pay 3000 YEN in Paypal first.

- 96niji only provide JPG files.

Payment
- All payment is pay in cash by Japanese Yen.

-96niji only providing photo shooting service and is not responsible of client’s clothing, hair, makeup.

If any transportation, meal during the shooting, client need to pay for photographer.

- Client need to pay the photo shooting fee before the shooting start.

- If client want to buy extra copy or extra retouch service, client need to pay extra charge after chose the photo.
- Due to force Majeure or Act of God, client can cancel the booking in shooting day.

- Any cancel or changing booking need to email 96niji unless 2 days before shooting.

Otherwise, we will not provide service again.

The entire copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world.
Supplied digital files remain the copyright property of the 96Niji. 96Niji allows the client to store/share/copy/print all images for personal/friends/family use only, subject to no commercial or financial gain.

Client Confidentiality

-The photographer will not disclose to any third parties or make use of material or information communicated to him/her in confidence for the purposes of the photography.

- If client agree the photo for 96niji promotion usage, 96niji will be post the photo in facebook, instagram, home page and etc

- Photo is not allow for third party commercial usage.

Disclaimer

- 96niji and photographer will not responsible of any accident or lost during the shooting.

- 96niji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and to terminate this program without prior notice.Should any dispute arise, the decision of 96niji shall be final.
